Destination SoulCycle : Pop-Up Classes This Season in Vail + Aspen | By Kim Fuller

Last Updated: December 6, 2023By

My first SoulCycle class was as much a retreat for my mind as it was a kick-ass workout for my body. The new (and only) Colorado location is in Denver, in Cherry Creek, and the 7 a.m. dose of fitness with Mel was just what I needed mid-week. The candlelit studio was welcoming while also providing that refreshing escape from the work week and the bustle of the holiday season. No cell phones, no to-do list — nothing but music, movement and an overall inspiring sweat sesh.

And how wonderful that anyone living in or visiting Denver, Vail or Aspen can keep up with some SoulCycle over the holiday season and into the new year in Colorado. In addition to the Cherry Creek space, SoulCycle is opening two destination SOUL pop-ups to help burn off holiday calories and get those legs ready for ski-season.

The Vail pop-up will run for two and a half weeks — December 20, 2018 through January 5, 2019 at 100 E Meadow Drive. The Aspen pop-up will run from December 22, 2018 through March 31, 2019 at 535 East Hyman Avenue, Unit 003.

The SoulCycle brand experience is high energy, results-oriented and community based. At SoulCycle, riders engage in high intensity cardio (burning between 500-700 calories in 45-minutes), while also toning their upper bodies using hand weights and core-engaging choreography.

Prices for the pop-up classes start at $42 per bike with shoes and water included. The classes for Vail and Aspen are non-transferrable and therefore a Denver (or any other) series cannot be used. Learn more at www.soul-cycle.com.
