This September, head to the mountains for the Breckenridge Wine Classic, held Thursday, September 13 through Sunday, September 16. The Rocky Mountain region’s premier wine and food festival showcases wines from around the world throughout a weekend of tastings, seminars, demonstrations, outdoor adventures … and yoga!
In addition to wine dinners and luncheons, a hike & lunch, seminars and the Grand Tasting event, chicken out Namaste for a Beer on Sunday, September 16 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Beaver Run Resort. The session is $65 and includes a 60-minute yoga class, followed by brunch courtesy of Beaver Run Resort. Elevation Beer Company will serve breakfast beers, beer-mosas and beer cocktails.
“The Breckenridge Wine Classic loves to pair wine with adventure, and recognizes that its patrons are not only into wine and food, but also a healthy and active lifestyle,” shares Katie Jenkins, event director for Breckenridge Wine Classic. “It’s a combination that highlights the best of both worlds. Since our first year, we’ve offered events that pair a mountain bike ride, a hike — and now yoga — with wine, craft beer and delicious cuisine. It’s been very well received by our patrons!”

Meta Yoga Studios of Breckenridge will be leading the Sunday morning yoga class.
“Participants will join us from 10 a.m. until noon for a refreshing morning yoga session followed by brunch,” explains Kimberly Ghorai, owner of Meta Yoga Studios. “Elevated Beer Company will be serving creative breakfast beers, beermosas and beer cocktails. The trick to getting all this good local beer and bacon brunch? Come to the yoga session first! We are limited to 30 people, and yoga mats will be provided.”
Individual events are priced from $45 to $125, with packages available; tickets can be purchased at BreckenridgeWineClassic.com.
