If you’re looking for a gathering of leadership, mindfulness, global consciousness, self-love, yoga, relationships and business, head to Aspen this weekend for Lead With Love. From Thursday through Sunday, October 25-28, 2018, this transformational and immersive four-day leadership summit will focus on an array of topics surrounding mind, body, spirit and heart.
Leadership begins with physical, mental, emotional and relational wellbeing, as Sarah Herron knows so well. Raised in Evergreen, Colorado, Herron was born with a partial arm that ends at her left elbow, due to a condition called Amniotic Band Syndrome, but it hasn’t stopped her from climbing mountains, skiing double black diamonds and even searching for love on the 2012 season of Bachelor in Paradise.
Herron is the founder of SheLift, an organization that empowers young women born with physical differences to get outside and conquer their personal mountains.
Herron, along with Gretchen Bleiler, Ksenia Avdulova and Rosie Acosta, will be speaking on a panel called Badass Women in the Spotlight on 4 p.m. this Saturday at Lead With Love. These four extraordinary women have overcome obstacles and adversity and are now leading the way for other women.
“I think the reason I was asked to be on the panel is to help emphasize leading with compassion and coming from a place of understanding,” Herron shares.
She was drawn to Lead With Love from the wide range of tools and resources it provides as a nonprofit organization, as well as the offerings available at the Lead With Love annual four-day leadership summit.
The Lead With Love Summit is designed for entrepreneurs and thoughtful business owners to gain insights, tools, techniques and inspiration by gathering with other conscious leaders in Aspen. In addition to a diverse roster of powerful speakers and teachers from all over the globe, attendees can expect many options for self-care and development through daily yoga classes, chef-prepared nutritious cuisine, guided meditation and time in nature with local guides.
