More and more professional athletes are practicing yoga to keep them strong, prevent injury, and to help keep their head in the game. We had so much fun shooting our cover with Charlie Coyle of the Minnesota Wild. He was humble, kind, and patient. Charlie even managed to smile while holding postures after a long day of pre-season training. He told us that practicing yoga in the off-season has helped him achieve a team record for most consecutive games played without injury.
