A new seasonal restaurant has opened two locations in Denver this summer. Known as a farm-to-table chain, Sweetgreen is now available in LoDo and Cherry Creek. Plus, a third Colorado location is set to open in Boulder this fall!

Amid the COVID-19 crisis, Sweetgreen has donated over 300,000 meals to hospitals around the country in partnership the Impact Outpost Fund. Every meal sold on opening day at Cherry Creek and LoDo went towards a donated meal to a frontline medical worker at Denver Health, St. Joseph Hospital or Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Cherry Creek Location

Founded in 2007, Sweetgreen believes in connecting its customers to real food in a convenient way. The restaurant partners with local farms and has fresh ingredients delivered each morning. Their strong food ethos and investment in local communities make it a must-stop lunch spot for Denverites.

Ambiance

Indoor and outdoor seating is available; guests can enjoy high top and low stadium seats; natural light and greenery compliment the homey atmosphere. The best part is that each Sweetgreen is unique to the neighborhood it’s in, adorned with local artists’ work on the walls and seasonal menu items listed on the kitchen’s chalkboard for complete transparency.

LoDo Location

The space is compliant with state social distancing guidelines, with 50 percent occupancy in the store, mandatory face masks and elevated sanitation schedules.

Menu Highlights

A plethora of ingredients featured on the unique menu are from local Colorado farms. Their apple cider vinegar is from Big B’s, the feta cheese from Jumpin’ Good Goat Dairy, goat cheese from Haystack Mountain, honey from Beeyond The Hive, tofu from Colorado Sun Tofu and their corn tortilla chips are fresh from Raquelitas Tortillas.

Strawberry Fields + Peach and Burrata Salads

Anyone can enjoy a healthy, quick meal at Sweetgreen — they are vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, gluten-free and meat-eater friendly. Beer and cider are offered, too! You can really taste the connection between the product and the growers who produced it.

Try ordering on the Sweetgreen app for the ultimate convenience experience. It is easy to customize a bowl and have it ready to pick up upon arrival.
