Allumen Yoga is an infrared yoga community in Denver, Colorado; the studio creates a hot space for cool people.

The people behind Allumen Yoga strive to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and enjoyable for all people and skill levels. You can find various types of classes, including hot yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga teacher trainings and yoga workshops.
“At Allumen Yoga you’ll find a juicy heated practice, an incredible crew of students and teachers and an all-levels schedule that includes both set practices and creatively sequenced classes. We have everything you need for your best yoga practice yet: gender-neutral private showers and change rooms, Manduka mat and towel rentals and personal lockers,” Page adds.
The studio’s hot rooms are heated to 100°F using Enerjoy infrared panels. Since they use infrared panels that heat the body instead of the room, you can expect to find a cleaner, more evenly heated experience (more like peaceful yoga on the beach, less feeling like a cake in the oven). The infrared panels, combined with humidifiers to combat the dry Colorado air, will give you the hottest, juiciest practice in town.
