Bhava is defined as a state of well-being — wellness in mind, body and spirit. This is exactly what the community at Bhava Yoga hopes each student feels walking through their doors. They encourage people to come as they are, from both near and far, to practice in their studio tucked in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Bhava Yoga’s well-trained leaders teach a variety of classes, varying in style and even location. They host everything from Vinyasa, Yin and Restore classes, to  SUP Yoga — a 75-minute yoga session on a paddleboard. They welcome all levels of yogis to each class!

Located in Breckenridge, Colorado, Bhava Yoga is the only ski-in, ski-out studio in the state. Near the base of Peak Nine, you can stop in for an impromptu yoga class, and then get back to the slopes.

Bhava Yoga aims to create a community space that feels welcoming and authentic, a place that students leave feeling a little bit brighter than when they came in.
