Amidst the hustle and bustle of the everyday, Canopy Yoga stands as a relaxing, tranquil, authentic, refueling, luxury experience. The Denver yoga studio has self-care written all over it. Upon entrance, you will be immersed in the nature-inspired, chic design, inviting you to be fully present in the beautiful space.

Along with a variety of all-levels yoga classes, Canopy Yoga also has an accessible smoothie bar. All smoothies are vegan and organic, crafted to nourish you. It is easy to pre-order your beverage, so it is prepared and ready to sip after your asana. Additionally, you can find coffee, coconut water, flavored and unflavored water on the menu.

The Canopy Yoga experience is immersive and serene. Studio owner Emily Masters and her talented team of instructors enhance each class with their warmth, passion and variety. Class times vary, but generally you can expect classes offered from 6:30 a.m.–12 p.m. and 4 p.m.–7 p.m. Scheduled classes include vinyasa flow, vin/yin, kundalini, sound baths, prenatal yoga, baby and me yoga and candlelit yin. The studio’s temperature is set to 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit. Each practice intentionally brings you back into your body and guides you to return to the essence of yoga. The atmosphere and sequencing are both relaxing and inspiring.

After class, and maybe a smoothie too, you can continue to refresh your mind and body in the studio’s handcrafted Venetian plaster showers, accompanied by organic and sustainability founded products from New Zealand. Keep your eye on their schedule, as Masters emphasizes, she likes to add workshops, sound baths and prenatal and postpartum sessions.
