As RYT 500 and Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach with over 10 years of experience, Angie Young created Forever Young Yoga + Wellness with the goal of improving clients’ quality of life through intentional movement.
Young shares, “We provide stretching coaching through a holistic lens of a physical, mental and emotional practice to improve mind-body connection.”
Young offers an individualized approach because every body is unique. “I assess each client’s individual mobility and discuss their goals. I then design and implement an individualized plan to so that they can feel younger, increase energy and improve athletic performance. Every movement we make involves range of motion. If we can increase range of motion, we move with more ease. This training also improves mind-body connection, resulting in greater mental and emotional health,” Young explains.
Young seeks to unlock each students’ full potential and help them live more fulfilling, joyful lives. She says, “I have learned that most people are much more flexible than they realize, but they have not learned proper stretching techniques. While you can have a high quality of life without being super flexible, improving your range of motion has incredible physical and mental benefits.” Forever Young Yoga + Wellness offers yoga classes, stretching and flexibility workshops and one-to-one coaching.
