Friedman serves as an ordained minister, gong master, certified breathwork healer and certified meditation and mindfulness instructor. Friedman is the founder of the Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Friedman facilitates public and private sound medicine ceremonies, breathwork,  sound medicine journeys and cacao ceremonies in Grand Junction and throughout Colorado, as well as nationally, internationally and online. He also offers classes and public speaking on meditation and mindfulness, spiritual psychology, conscious leadership, spirituality, reclaiming your life from burnout and other related topics.

He created The Authentic Man Project to support men in finding greater clarity into their authentic self and their role as a man in today’s world.
