Pamela Brinker is a trainer, speaker, blogger, author and psychotherapist whose mission is to teach people about cultivating and practicing bravery.
“I am all about teaching Conscious Bravery, especially to those who care about or walk alongside someone with substance use issues and/or mental health challenges,” says Brinker. “The constant challenges and devastating circumstances in our world demand that we become brave. I help people learn how and live with greater happiness.”
Anyone looking to become a more conscious, curious and courageous person will find Brinker’s techniques useful. “Any and all who long to move through fear and trauma, to rediscover happiness and cultivate bravery in the everyday events and the most harrowing circumstances will benefit from my classes! If you haven’t experienced difficult transitions or haven’t needed to transform yet, you will! It’s our human experience. People who attend my classes and read my posts will find they can stand more solidly in their truth, experience levels of healing over time, live with greater awareness in both the joys and the harrowing times, connect with others they care about without enabling or managing them and shine with vibrancy,” Brinker shares.
Brinker is compassionate and engaging, and she welcomes people to discover their own capacity for both vulnerability and strength by getting into their bodies and hearts with practical tools they can apply every day to cultivate bravery and live with conscious awareness and vibrancy. “Pamela initiated me into a beautiful journey of finding my authentic voice and expression, along with a deepening capacity for presence,” says Tara, one of Brinker’s students.
As for the experience, Brinker shares, “There will be experiential and somatic learning, breathwork, a new yoga pose and conscious conversations. Learn simple tools for finding presence and rebalancing. Expect to smile.”
