Eagle, Colorado’s The Vitality Collective welcomes students of all ages, skill levels and walks of life. The studio’s mission is to cultivate community and connection through moments of presence, reflection, playfulness and inner healing.
“Many people say that coming to one class is like taking a mini retreat for themselves. They will feel nourished, restored and inspired,” says Sofia Chay, co-founder, owner and instructor at The Vitality Collective (TVC). TVC values connection, inclusivity, playfulness, respect and care, listening with an open heart and creating judgment-free zones; the team honors these values with their various offerings including yoga, meditation, fitness classes, MELT Method, workshops, events and trainings. Their myriad of offerings and dedication to mental health as well as physical health makes The Vitality Collective unique.
“Our goal is to support the mental, physical and emotional health of our community by offering a variety of classes that support self-care,” Chay shares. “We believe there is not just one way to nurture our well-being and when we can combine physical performance with recovery and mindfulness practices, we can better achieve a state of vitality and quality of life.”
