Savory Spice Garam Masala Spiced Cashews

Cook time: 35 minutes
- 4 cups cashews, raw and unsalted
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Chile Powder
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, coat cashews with egg white. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly coated. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread nuts in a single layer on the sheet. Roast, stirring every five to 10 minutes until golden brown (about 25 to 35 minutes total). Break up any clumps, cool and serve.
