The holidays are upon us, which means indulgent, holiday meals, festive cocktails and tasty treats and temptations are around every corner! Oh my!

The key to keeping your nutrition program strong this season is to take in plenty of protein. Protein provides the essential nutritional building blocks your body needs to maintain muscle health and support recovery and repair after your workouts.
