2026 is the year of the workout set. From the yoga studio and trailheads to airports and Instagram feeds, matching activewear has become a closet staple for yogis, runners, gym girls and travel enthusiasts alike. There are countless styles, colors and performance features available from almost any athletic or athleisure brand. But to be honest, a lot of them blend together, offering similar textures, compressions, colors and designs. But I found a set that stands out for a good reason: Spiritual Gangster’s Auralight Set.

Bought separately, the Auralight Aria Bra and Auralight Legging have a contrast stripe design with an elevated, comforting texture, adding an iridescent effect. I have never seen or wore a workout set that shimmers with you as you move. It is subtle without being distracting.

The first time I wore the pieces was on a sunny Wednesday morning in mid-June. I practiced my morning stretches on my porch and then made my way to Meadow Mountain in Minturn, Colorado, a familiar path I return to each week for movement, fresh air and perspective. While stretching and hiking, the set provided the perfect amount of compression. It is not often I find material that works for both types of movement. The ultra-flexible ribbed fabric did not compromise any bend, stretch or stride. Both the bra and the leggings continued to deliver a sleek fit.

These leggings adapted to the changing conditions throughout my morning movement. While I stretched in the cool of the early morning, they kept me comfortable in the mountain air without leaving me chilled by the breeze. As my heart rate climbed and I worked up a sweat on the trail, the moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric managed the heat from start to finish.

The bra’s graceful twist back design is a subtle yet distinctive detail. I also adore the neckline, which feels feminine while still providing moderate support. The sculpted fit contours to the body for a silhouette that moves with you.

The set is available in three colors: Laurel Green, French Vanilla and Black. I chose the green, a perfect summer neutral. Although, I have my eye on the French Vanilla, an almost butter yellow shade that would complement any skin tone.

Sometimes a workout set can do more than simply sit on your skin — it can inspire you to get outside and shine.
