It is Meta Yoga’s mission to provide an inspiring, safe and supportive environment for students and teachers to explore and experience the authentic practices of yoga. As a community driven space, they strive to present students with the highest quality instructors, classes and studio space.
Nestled in the mountains of Breckenridge, the studio was built with Western facing windows so that nature can be apart of every class. Instructors have the freedom to create their own unique sequencing to ensure no one class is the same. This allows instructors to not only teach a safe and effective class, but one where they can illustrate their strengths and interests.
With a variety of class styles, room temperatures and options for teacher training, Meta Yoga continues to focus on both student and teacher happiness, growth and transformation.
