As September approaches, be sure to soak in the last holiday weekend of the season. With so many activities to enjoy at a beautiful time of year, Labor Day weekend is an ideal time to escape to Vail for a mountain getaway and Gourmet on Gore presented by Audi.
Along with showcasing delicious cuisine and libations from some of the area’s best restaurants from Friday Aug. 30 through Sunday, Sept. 1, this event offers access to the outdoors through hiking, cycling and yoga gatherings.
Yoga with Lolë
“Lolë is excited to announce our participation with this year’s Gourmet on Gore weekend,” shares Christine Richards, US market manager for Lolë. “We are honored to bring our weekly free community yoga to the spectacular Ford Athletic Fields. Attendees will experience yoga and guided meditation among the changing aspens while enjoying live, local music.”
The first one hundred attendees will each have the use of a signature yellow Lolë mat during the session and after the event, guests will have the opportunity to win prizes and receive gift bags while sipping and munching on complimentary refreshments.

Food Trucks Al Fresco + Gourmet Let’s Go!
Gourmet on Gore 2019 will kick-off with a new event on Friday, Aug. 30: Food Trucks Al Fresco. this event is free and open to the public. Accompanied by live entertainment with Spinphony, Food Trucks Al Fresco will bring together some of the state’s most delicious food trucks on East Meadow Drive in Vail Village, giving attendees an opportunity to indulge in distinctive culinary treats from the trucks. Continuing the weekend festivities is the Open-Air tasting on Saturday and Sunday with complimentary admission and pay-as-you-go bites and pours.
For those who want to combine a bit of outdoor adventure with the delicious decadence, Gourmet, Let’s Go!, presented by Audi, offers guests the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities while sampling from one of Vail’s best restaurants. From complimentary community yoga classes on the Solaris Plaza lawn and at the Ford Park Athletic fields to a culinary cruiser ride or a trail-to-table trek, these events allow you to choose your adventure before enjoying a carefully curated lunch and cocktail seminar from top culinary talent and insightful mixologists. The ticketed excursions hosted by Gourmet, Let’s Go! will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.
