Urban Sanctuary aims to provide a safe, brave space for students to come and practice yoga and movement, particularly encouraging everyone to come as they are. They are especially proud of the inclusivity in their teachers, their unique offerings and special classes for the marginalized community.

In their classes, students will explore unique healing modalities to deepen their connection with themselves. They offer three special classes a week that focus on the marginalized community for their healing and communal development. Urban Sanctuary also highlights BIPOC teachers, so students can feel welcome, supported and experienced with different types of teachers.
