Festival season is here, and one of the most magnificant places to visit in Colorado also hosts some of the best festivals in the state. Here’s a peek at our picks for the summer, and our recommendation of where to stay when you’re in Telluride!

Telluride WOW Festival

June 7 – 10, 2018

$175 – $350 — Purchase Tickets Here

www.telluridewow.live

Telluride WOW Festival inspires, motivates and educates. It’s a weekend for everything health and wellness related and a weekend away from all the noise and distractions. This festival is for those who are ready to get back to the simplicity of life, for those ready to stop and enjoy the beauty of nature, good food, healthy activity and good company. Their goal is simple: to provide you with the best experience possible during your time in Telluride at our premier health and wellness event. The weekend includes boutique size classes, customized programs for each individual, one-on-one sessions, and integrated holistic approach to treat the whole person.

Telluride Bluegrass Festival

June 21 – 24, 2018

$85 – $240 — Purchase Tickets Here

www.bluegrass.com/telluride/

Right in time for the summer solstice, the Telluride Bluegrass Festival is a weekend celebration of Americana roots music where artists are encouraged to push the limits of their genre. This is a week of uncommon musical riches: Main stage performances in Town Park throughout the day, intimate masters workshops on the Elks Park stage on Main Street in downtown, prestigious band and songwriting contests, late-night Nightgrass concerts at every indoor venue in town, and jam sessions on sidewalks and throughout the campgrounds. Celebrate the beginning of summer and the longest day of the year with this ultimate bluegrass music experience.

Telluride Yoga Festival

July 19 – 22, 2018

$345 – $445 — Purchase Tickets Here

www.tellurideyogafestival.com

The Telluride Yoga Festival began in 2007 with Jivamukti instructor Aubrey Hackman’s vision for a yoga event that went beyond physical exercise. The festival not only provides yogis of all experience levels with an enriching practice experience and allows the opportunity to have a positive impact on the world. Hackman, a passionate environmentalist and animal rights activist, structured the festival around the teachings of karma yoga. Each year, 25 percent of the net proceeds are donated to a local non-profit whose mission is to help protect and preserve the earth. The festival includes presentations, guided meditations, community yoga classes, special events and evening classes.

The 2018 lineup Includes the following presenters: Sianna Sherman, Gina Caputo, Amy Ippoliti, Kia Miller, Saul David Raye, and many more. View the full lineup here.

Telluride Blues & Brews Festival

September 14 – 16, 2018

$30 – $625 — Purchase Tickets Here

www.tellurideblues.com

Performers and fans alike are drawn to the majestic box canyon of Telluride. The historic mining town sits at 8,750 feet above sea level surrounded by the San Juan Mountains. It is home to some of Colorado’s best skiing in winter and becomes festival central in the summer. For the Blues & Brews Festival, most of the shows are performed on the Main Stage in Telluride’s Town Park located at the east end of downtown. The Grand Beer Tasting will be held on Saturday, September 17th from 12 to 3 p.m. with more than 50 microbreweries represented and over 150 different beers. As the sun goes down, venues around town turn into the famed “Juke Joints.” Acts from earlier in the day play intimate late night performances at these smaller venues around the town of Telluride and Mountain Village.
