Join Breckenridge Creative Arts this summer for the return of WAVE: Light + Water + Sound, an exhibition of cutting-edge works of contemporary public art. Located in and around Blue River Plaza in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado, this free four-night festival features interactive artwork curated around the themes of light, water and sound. Come for the art or come for a plethora of temporary installations, musical performances, screenings and digital art.

Amidst a historic and scenic mountain backdrop, this festival aims to help redefine the way people think about and experience public art. Browse the works of local, national and international artists each day of the festival from May 30 – June 2, 2019, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m..

“This event builds on our success with other nature-inspired activities as well as supports our commitment to programs that focus on environmental and place-based relevancy,” said Robb Woulfe, president and CEO of Breckenridge Creative Arts. “The artworks featured in this year’s WAVE festival explore various ecological topics that are important to both local residents as well as guests who visit our beautiful mountain community.”
