1/2 tsp. ghee or coconut oil

1 – 2 tsp. Turmeric

1/4 tsp. Cardamom

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

pinch of nutmeg

a few strands of saffron (optional)

1 cup milk (or milk alternative of choice)
