Take a ride at the indoor cycling studio that is for everybody and every BODY. At StarCycle Centennial, their mission is to deliver a kickass workout that not only inspires every rider to be their best self on the bike, but off the bike too.

Whether it is your first ride or your hundredth, you can expect to be met with open arms by the incredible instructors. They will ensure that your bike setup is personalized to you and that you are both comfortable and confident in your cycling shoes.

Instructor Lauren Elliott, who goes by “Lo,” explained that her passion for StarCycle was love at first ride.

“I stumbled across this place, I used to live nearby, [and] it was the most welcoming environment I’ve ever been in. I took one class and it kicked my butt and that’s when I knew I loved it here,” says Lo.

The 45-minute classes are beat-driven and geared towards igniting your body, metabolism and mind. While riding you will challenge yourself with a variety of speeds and fight through different levels of resistance. As you cycle in your saddle, you will also have the opportunity to test your upper body strength as you are guided through a weight series. Overall, expect to leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

The leaders at StarCyle truly cultivate a positive environment. To extend their support and encouragement for all riders, they even provide craft-based childcare during classes so that everyone can tag along. The community driven space inspires positive growth and connection. The instructors are your biggest cheerleaders and will assist you in any way they can in order to help you achieve your goals.

“I know the feeling myself,” Lo admits, “you come in and you’re a little timid, but you truly just have to let it all go on the bike and have fun with the music just like it’s a dance party.”

While you will be working hard, you will also be having fun — at StarCycle it’s infectious.
