NTI is a school where your passion for nutrition is fulfilled — their in-depth curriculum provides you with a deep understanding of how nutrition influences health. Right from the start, you will gain awareness and insights to nourish yourself and those you love. This self-sustenance then becomes the foundation used to attain confidence and competence in knowing how to professionally guide others in achieving their own wellness goals.
NTI offers two comprehensive certification programs: Nutrition Therapist Master and Natural Food Chef.
NTI’s nutrition training is a rigorous, science-based 500-hour program. Graduates achieve the credential Nutrition Therapist Master (NTM), which substantiates their credibility and expertise in the field of holistic nutrition therapy. The NTM program can be taken fully online or in-person in Arvada, Colorado, and can be completed in as little as 12-18 months. NTM certification enables graduates to provide therapeutic holistic nutrition counseling in support of a full spectrum of client health goals.
Students who participate in NTI’s chef training program achieve the credential of Natural Food Chef (NFC) upon graduation. This immersive professional culinary training provides the knowledge and skills to achieve confidence in any kitchen/cooking setting. NFC graduates are in high demand as personal chefs, wellness retreat chefs, and other cooking environments where ingredient quality matters and meals are prized for their ability to promote optimal wellness. NTI’s NFC program runs twice per year, in-person only, in Arvada, Colorado; students are in class 24 hours per week for 15 weeks.
