Shine Living Community facilitates a myriad of classes, workshops and retreats designed for those curious about becoming the co-creators of their life and ready to discover the teacher and healer within. Shine Living Community (SLC) promotes self-empowerment, joy, transcendence, healing, self-love and strength from the inside out.

With both in-person opportunities in Boulder, Colorado and around the globe, and access to the virtual Shine Living Movement Membership Portal, the Shine Living Community stretches beyond the borders of a place.

Created by two out of three of the Emich triplets, Jessica and Jill, SLC empowers people to make their best choices, become their own storytellers and beat to their own rhythm. Through yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork, warrior workouts, nutrition and cooking classes for both adults as well as for family, Shine Living Community encourages humans to be curious, be courageous and be creative.

“Together we will energize, nourish, awaken and activate the shine from within,” Jessica and Jill believe. The Emich Sisters have been building community for over 20 years through restaurants (Trilogy Wine Bar & Lounge, Shine Restaurant & Potion Bar and Shine Restaurant & Gathering Place), gathering places and events, as well as wellness workshops and retreats. They believe in a holistic approach to life from the inside out through a number of unique somatic practices and tools all through a connected collective.
